Take a walk around Notting Hill, the west London urban village known for Hugh Grant, Portobello Road antiques market and Carnival. We'll end with a well-earned drink in good company.
This event will be a great opportunity for single Christians to mingle and meet new people. Join us for this fantastic walking tour by booking your place now!
This tour starts in Holland Park, a plush part of the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea boasting white stucco mansions and beautiful parks, whilst Notting Hill is widely known for being a great cosmopolitan and multicultural neighbourhood.
Explore the origins of the area (with piggeries and potteries), then admire its beautiful 19th century terraced houses and secluded private gardens built in elegant sweeping crescents, some painted in lovely pastel ice cream colours. Soak up the atmosphere of vibrant Portobello Road, famous for its antique and vintage boutiques and busy street market. Meet some of its famous residents, the hippies and bohemians who have shaped its character and explore its role as a popular film set!
The tour will last approximately 2 hours, after which we will go for social drinks at the Elgin (on the corner of Ladbroke Grove and Westbourne Park Road). A lovely way to end the tour, but completely optional.
Our last guided tour was a huge success and sold out, so we encourage you to book soon!
