I know how it feels to want a different life. I know how it feels to want things to change but to be stuck in unhealthy patterns and dead-end relationships. In my former life, I was a binge eater who drank too much, worked too hard at a job I didn't love and who kept falling for unavailable men or commitment-phobes. My relationships all fizzled out or went up in smoke. I kept making the same mistakes and getting the same painful results.
I also know what it takes to change. I now have a more balanced life. I live by the beach and swim in the sea, work at something I'm truly passionate about and I'm engaged to be married to the man I love.
In this evening workshop, I will take you through the steps I took to turn things around - to love myself, love my life and to find love.

I am an intuitive love, dating and relationships coach, mid-life mentor and author of How to Fall in Love – A 10-Step Journey to the Heart (Soul & Surf). I coach women and men to have healthy, authentic relationships with themselves and others, to walk through their fears and pursue their passions. I have a Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy Skills from the Westminster Pastoral Association and 14 years of experience helping myself and others recover from self-sabotaging behaviours including eating disorders, workaholism and dysfunctional relationship patterns. I write and speak on relationships and personal development for the national media, including Psychologies, Red and Woman's Hour. I am a former international correspondent for the news agency Reuters. As such, I am an accomplished communicator and experienced trainer, as well as an empathetic and compassionate coach.

Where is the venue?
The venue will be confirmed by the third week of March but it will be in central London, easily accessible by public transport.
