Northern Lights Ceilidh
Our Spring Ceilidh this year is to be held on the 17th April 2010 in the historic Manorial Barn in the village of Whiston near Rotherham. The Barn dates back to the thirteenth century and was restored after falling into disrepair in 1985 by the local council. Whiston is approximately 2 miles from Junction 33 off the M1.
We have a lively new band this year called ‘Desperate Measures’ who will give us some dancing lessons along the way. The event will commence at 7.30 pm for an 8.00pm start and ends at 11.30pm and we will have our own cash bar and a substantial buffet served around 9.00pm. We will be dancing on the original stone floor this year, so please dress smart casual with appropriate comfortable foot wear.
The event is priced at £26.00 and this price includes a substantial buffet. Tickets purchased by the 13th March for Early Birds will be priced at £23.00. Please do book early to avoid disappointment because we expect this event to book up very quickly. We are also pleased to once again offer a “New Man” deal: two tickets for £42.00 if you bring a new man who hasn’t been to one of our events before. All tickets purchased after the 13th March will be charged at the full price of £26.00 (subject to availability). The last date for bookings is the 10th April.
